Literally as ignorant as a pig. Where ones behaviour, mannerisms and decorum have reached a level so deplorable that they may be accurately compared to an animal such as a pig.

''God Joe is such a pig ignorant moron. He didn't like the taste of his takeaway curry so he threw the whole lot out the window of the car''.
