It is a combanation of two words that mean idiot; "fucking retard".

1: Adj. a contraction between "fuck" and "Retard" usually used to describe someone who isn't legally retarded, but might as well be.
2: Adj, A person who is an incredibly bad Fuck, usually leaving woman in the relationship completely unsatisfied after sex; either with duration, skill/performance, and/or just all around unpleasurable. relationships don't tend to last long with these individuals, with them usually broken off by the woman.

1: Robert, being a complete Fucktard, decided to see what would happen if he put sugar in his gas tank while on vacation.

2: Matt's last four girlfriends all left him because he is a Fucktard in bed, never lasting long enough to satisfy any of them even once.
