Bruce Lee flex

The kind of flexing that many skinny, toned people do. The flex shows definitions within the muscle, but no real bulk. eg. the chest may look defined and expanded, but no bulk/beefyness to it much like how Bruce Lee flexs in his movies (but is still a beast)

This is a complement, to say to females.

gyal means girl
dem is a referent (as in Them, Those)
flex is the complement, like "awsome"

Its the "girl who got out of bed in the middle of the night to go to the store for more cigareettes and just grabbed whatever she could find in the dark" look. Gyal dem flex!

hud masta flex = extremely ugly/stupid/ridiculous

Captain Flex

A gymaholic mound of muscle who's either at the gym, or using the weights bench in his living room, in a bid to get rid of his chubby, youthful looks. Most likely to be found constantly flexing in front of 6th formers and frequently spraying them down with his mr muscle spray.

Captain Flex's movement resulted in such a gun show that it caused his jeans to rip. "Damn you fifteens!"
