Get the F This Smug. A device used to extract poop from the anus. The device is two padded plates with handles, one plate on each butt cheek, hooked together with a bungy cord. To make the person shit you must push the plates together then pull out repeat the process untill the've dumped the load. It is used for constipated people or a couple that like eating eachothers feces.
