Thug Shack

Noun- A place that is well constructed, minimal, and most importantly-discreet. Some pallets and walls with headroom and an exhaust fan make for a perfect thug shack, and the way to get the most mileage out of one is to pack like 6 friends in there and spark fat blunts. The best part about the TS is that it can even be right next to your house. Akin to a man cave, the thug shack is where real men hang out.

Baltimore City, MD. High crime, too many murders political corruption. A haven for those who want to ride dirt bikes illegally, ourposely blocking traffic. Peope who squeegee your winshield even though 99.99% of motor vehicles have windshield wipers and washers that do the job fine. These miscreants block traffic and provide unwanted solicitation from motorists. They squeegee your windshield whether you want it or not then literally demand money. Urban trolls. Those who refused in many cases have their vehicles vandalized or get physically attacked. The Mayor and states attorney do nothing about it. So, if you want to rob and assault others Baltimore City is for you.

A thug Babylon !Dirt bikers flock to the city to race, do wheelies and block traffic. The city will have well over 300 murders this year. Nothing is done.
