Someone who dislikes drugs but is not original or secure enough to just say "I don't do drugs". A person who identifies as such is a loser, not because of their actions but because they apply the stupid label to themselves. for example, "Your just a stupid stoner!" "No, you twit I happen to be a guy who likes to smoke pot". They also have a affinity for stupid triple X tattoos as well
