A person with way too much energy, as if they were on crack. They seem to bounce off the walls. Not to be confused with someone who is actually on crack.

A long 3 point field goal in basketball, usually made from 35-40 feet out. So named because only a crackhead would legitimately attempt a shot from this range.
That guy from Florida was on fire shooting from long range today. He was even making it from crackhead range.
