Being the modern adaptation of the rap term "fuccboi", a Fuck boy is any male who lacks composition outside of the realm of interpersonal relationships. Put simply, a fuck boy is a person whose sole goal in life is to fall in love and/or get laid to the extent that they have no hobbies or interests outside of this area. Neckbeards are often fuck boys, in that many see women as attainable objects, and lack concretely defined life goals.
