Low-poverty and low-crime, initially built in the 1940s to house workers during World War II. It is an entirely residential neighborhood, with no notable businesses in its boundaries. Borders route 50 and North Arlington to the north, and Columbia Pike to the south. It includes a National Guard Base and some sort of park.
