Friend

A friend is a person you can trust, a caring, loving, and brave person. They are willing to risk their lives to safe yours in a instant. They are always there if you need a shoulder to cry on and they stay by your side no matter what. I was once told by a friend, "When we grow old and we become distant, we will always be there for each other, still. If you call me from Paris, France and you need my help, I will fly a million miles to get to you, because that is what friends do." I still wonder if what she said will always be true. I have lost a lot of "friends" but I will never lose my true friend. The person that is always there for me. Everyone deserves a true friend.

I lost a friend once over a fight about a boy, as stupid as that sounds, but my true friend and I, no matter what kind of fights we got in, we always remembered how important we are to each other. How important we will ALWAYS be to each other.
