Crosbie Effect

A This theoretical phenomenon happens when a superior (teacher, boss , project leader) gives you a task and once the task is completed you show said superior what you have completed. The fact that now the superior is observering causes a cosmic shit in the fabric of space and time causing the completed no matter how tested or functional it was before, it will fail in any random and unexpected way. This phenomenon has be observed by many itelectuals and has been called many things. It has even been referenced in movies and TV shows alike and is normally a source of comedy.
Worker: "the robot is fully working come see"

Boss comes to see, everything unexpectedly and impossibly fails

Worker "shit damn Crosbie effect"

Student: hey my project is finally done after a week of work

Teacher enters room : hey everything done yet?
Student : no fuck Crosbie effect

Everything inexplicably falls apart

A situation in which a seemingly normal or routine event either works in an unexpected way or not at all. Rarely reproducible, the phenomenon is as fleeting as it is confusing.
The computer crashed every Tuesday morning due to Ed Effect.

The Gunio effect

This term origins from when mr. gunio once made an entire class driven to suicide. It is when an even takes place and repeats itself many times over and over, and you slowly become even more miserable, depressed and lose the tiny bit of happiness you ever had. you will even forget your best friend. for example, you study multiple hours for a week to prepare for a math test, and then he gives you a test on a completely different subject. or one person cheats on a test, and everybody gets an F because of that. Or, your math teacher tells your parrents you are misbehaving, when in reality, you only asked soemebody for a pencil one time.
me: my teacher told my parents i was bullying a kid for a pencil, but i was only asking him kindly to borrow his pencil.

The act of making a bad/horrendous/cop-out-of-a-sequel or prequel to an originally good movie.
Dave: Dude, I heard they were making a sequel to Boondock Saints.

Steve: I hope they don't apply the Disney effect to it.

Where something is said and then a certain person does not know a key piece of general knowledge or a word that everyone should know.
