This saying is used by college students who are wanting to get belligerently drunk to the point of incoherency. In ordered to be tannered, one must be drink to the point they are barely responsive, not able to walk, and have to be carried home.

Decision making that seems questionable and can appear as deceitful deliberate due to circumstance and lack of communication and tri-angulating assumptions, but instead we’re actually passively orchestrated for financial gain and the dopamine from feeling in control of another because a lack of control ; addiction is present.

to no longer feel entitled to pay back said loan but in reality was just out of frustration of rapidly deteriorating money due to etherium dropping from 4800$ to 2200$ and losing 1000s per minute gambling.
