People that may or may not use a turn signal to change lanes. A 16 year old who gets 350Z convertible and crashes within a week because they did not know they could not turn left at a red.
Florida Driver's are so bad at driving, for example they don't know how to merge they put there foot on the gas and pray they wont hit someone no turn signal or anything.
