Calling your company or school a CESI is a way to classify it as absolutely retarded.

A CESI is the epitome of crappy management and horrible communication. In no other organisation in the world you can see worse team management and preparation.

Do not call your organisation a CESI unless you truly mean it, because trust me there is no worse insult to a company than being compared to a CESI

B : "Woah there, don't be so mean, are you sure they deserve to be called a CESI?"
