A bowel movement involving extreme constipation/straining requiring a person to grip imaginary or real handles on either side of the toilet. The result is bent verticle steel handles due to the upward pull/force applied to them.

You were just in the bathroom for 10 minutes, that must have been a handle bender!

The act of having a severe bend at the ankles while playing hockey. Usually developed after years of being dangled or at the beginning of a hockey career. Can be aided by ankle tape but no definite cure.

bulldozing bender

When an individual over indulges in alcohol (ie fireball) at a social event such as a wedding and proceeds to knock over unsuspecting bridesmaids during a bouquet toss. He or she must also successfully get others equally as drunk by forcing shots and making drinks.

It isn't a party until bulldozing bender is there.
