Warm up

A warm-up is usually performed before participating in technical drinking game or exercising. A warm-up generally consists of taking 4 consecutive shots of liquor.Preferably Jägermeister.A gradual increase in intensity in physical activity (pulse raiser), a drinking mobility exercise, stretching and a drunk related activity.

History: The "warm-up"was originally introduced in early 21century, in Fresno, CA. As a group of friends decided to take 4 consecutive shots to feel the effects of alcohol as soon as possible. It was originally started with 4 shots of jägermeister then evolved with 4 shots of any type of liquor.
For example, before drinking or playing an intense drinking game one might drink 4 shots(warm-up) to warm muscles and increase heart rate. It is important that warm ups should be specific to the drinking game/session that will follow, which means that 4 shots warm-upshould prepare the muscles to be used and to activate the energy systems that are required for that particular activity.
