As I was enjoying my evening in my apartment complex, it was ruined after a group of "litties" partied all night long in an adjacent room.

Strategic Littering

When someone drops their litter in a enemy's territory. Better when it is littered in an area they visit frequently (front of their house, their car, vicinity of their important possessions) because they will for sure have to pick it up.
