Those power-hungry despots parading around (in IL) claiming to be democrats deserve the detainee treatment for infringing on individual rights while taxing the hell out of hard-working people

Abusive acts against someone, especially in a relationship, to see how much crap one a person can take until they give-up, implode, leave or otherwise just break. This could also be used to refer to the abuse given in a severely rough and overtly dominant S&M relationship.

She is such a bitch. Instead of breaking up with a guy, she used to give her boyfriends the Crash Test Dummy Treatment until they just left her alone. But, her new guy likes receiving as much as she likes giving. That's why they get along so well.
