Someone that lives in a bubble of (false) boundless optimism and hope or a Disneyfied fantasy world all year except Christmas for some reason. Their instinct to defend themself and look grown up kicks in at Christmas (even if it seems negative to others), and all of a sudden they're not a kid anymore, they're a big boy/girl. Yet somehow, they're still trying to call someone else the scrooge even if they are the ones putting the most effort into sucking the life out of people and the holiday season around the holiday season.
The pretentious piece of shit sent kids to Christmas carol at the front doors of strangers not because she actually enjoyed Christmas carols herself, but just to fuck with people's heads.
