LRAD terrorist

A person that uses a long-range acoustic device (LRAD) onto people. They set the volume low to avoid detection by

bystanders. The person is given information about the target, and uses it to program speaking scripts for the LRAD to beam into the target. It makes the target think they are schizophrenic and being persecuted.

"I love my job for justice. I scare and harass people using an LRAD. There are so many people in the mental hospital now because of me. But I would never admit that I am an LRAD terrorist."

Terrorist Walk

It's where you buy an RPG from Somalia and run around shooting down people migrating into the state while eating macaroni off of some one's head. They are probably named Bob, John, or Abdul from some random scam center that was taken down. Anyway after shooting them down they hang their flesh on nails on skyscrapers for decoration.
