Ruffed

Ruffed means that something was totally stupid and or unnecessary. Ruffed can be used to describe actions or events. The word comes from the acronym "RUFS" meaning "are you fucking serious". You may also hear ruffid, rufft or rufferd.

eg:
MARK: dude, did you hear what Peyton did?
NICK: no man, I haven't.
MARK: he totally drank all the booze last night and puked all over my place!
NICK: you man that's ruffed
