A large fart housed in the large intestine, often rumbles. a very long and loud fart that sounds like a flat tire on the road.

I got an innertube going on in my belly. that wasn't a fart it was an innertube. I thought I had to take a huge dump, turned out it was an innertube.

Insertical

An object that you use that doesn’t insert your body or item but still does the job

I went to go toilet at a friends house. I needed to fart but knew I couldn’t as they was in the next room.
I used a piece of tissue to cover the bumwhole and stop the fart from coming out whilst peeing.
In this case the tissue was the insertical object.

Working like a butt plug but with out the inserting.
