A person who finds romantic urges towards both men and women but only find sexual interests in the opposite gender. He or she will enjoy going on dates, hugging, cuddling, buying stuff for their other, and possibly kissing, but they can only be aroused in sexual intercourse with the opposite gender.

When a person feels sexual attraction to someone of the same gender. These can be two people outside of the binary of male or female or a person in a homosexual relationship who identifies other than the gender assigned by their sex. Another word for homosexuality is Gay, which is commonly associated with homophobia thus people who don't have the capacity to stop being an asshole.

Grandma, I'm gay, but that shouldn't matter. I shouldn't even need to tell you, it's just I can't hide from myself anymore. I honestly think I was born this way aswell, as if homosexuality was a given trait for me.

Homosexual

An older medical term (originating sometime between the late 19th century and early 20th century) used to describe a person who has sexual intercourse with others of the same sex.

The term has long been discarded by gay people as politically incorrect, due mostly to its connotation as a purely sexual and/or mental disorder. It is more politically correct nowadays to use the terms gay or LGBT (A catch-all term which includes transgendered people) as they connote both a sexual and romantic attraction to the opposite sex, as opposed to an uncontrollable compulsion to engage in specific sexual acts.
