A triple dipper to go is one of the most dangerous sexual maneuvers known to man. It begins with anal while the woman is lying on her back and you're on top, presumably while lifting her legs up in the air. You then move on to vaginal sex without pause, so she'll probably get a UTI. After getting close to finishing, you jump up and blow your load in her mouth, then grab your clothes and jump out the window, hence the "to-go." Hopefully you don't tell her your name.

The bathroom, or toilet. Often in reference to a port-o-potty, or other disgusting place to leave a sloppy one.
