Lawn Creep

(person)A rather large and unpleasant looking human being who spends all their time sitting in their yard, determined to catch those meddling kids in the act. Every neighborhood has one. It is quite possible that if there are meddling kids, the Lawn Creep may intend to EAT them as punishment.

Every day I drive down the street I see the lawn creep hanging out in a chair with a Big Gulp cup and the same dirty v neck shirt. I think it saw foot prints in its lawn and is determined to catch the kids responsible for it

Reverse Creeping

(v) A specific condition that takes place during the practiced art of creeping in which a party leads another party into actively creeping on the first party for the first party's social, financial or sexual gain. Usually reverse creeps' schemes are carefully thought out, to the point of obsession, to maximize the creep factor, and more times than not, the creep factor ends up overriding the master scheme after the true nature of the reverse creeper is reviled. Most often manifests in lonely, nerdy, slightly good looking young males, but has been known to also occur in the corresponding females in rare cases.

Boy: How's that dude you were creeping on?

Girl: It's weird. He said yesterday that he was planning our first date for a long time, but we only officially met a week ago.

Boy: He was totally reverse creeping on you!

Degree Creep

When people need higher degrees to obtain the same job that people with lower degrees used to get. Ex. when the same job that used to require a bachelor's degree, now requires a master's degree, even though a person with a bachelor's degree could still competently do that job. This is a result of the job market being flooded with people who have higher degrees than was usual, and this new higher degree becomes the norm when hiring.

Dennis: I hate having to shell out so much money and spend so much time to go to grad school.
Omar: Why not stop with a bachelor's?
Dennis: Because of degree creep, i need a master's degree to have a good chance of getting a good job.
