When you get stung by a bee or wasp on your hand, and immediately start jacking off with your swelling hand, so you get the pleasure of a pseudo numb stranger jerk.

My buddy Chris was in his yard day drinking when he was stung by a bee and immediately began stingerbaiting his V.P. of human relations surrounded by a mountain of beer cans much to the shock of all his neighbors.
