1. A command given by a homosexual or metrosexual person giving direction of any sort to students or actors.

2. A mocking, derogatory comment taunting those lesser than the speaker.

Example 1: A dancer has just fallen after failing to perform a dance move correctly.
Director (yelling angrily): "What the hell do you think you're doing? I said to plie motherfucker!"
