Delicate and intricate ways to maintain your scrotal hairs and perspiration to create the ideal scrotal environment. ie. shaving, waxing, powdering, applying lotion, cleansing, undergarment use, et cetera.
"I did not sleep with him because he was not up on his scrote management."
Nick, "Matt, why haven't you been laid in a while?" Matt, "I don't know it's getting a little rough down there." Nick, "Bro, you should work on that scrote management."

A (IT) management out of business reality, leaving from past and trying to prolong it as most as possible, hardly adopting a new model, not able to keep talented people. It can be used in a larger sense for defining at all the management quality in any organization, grasping the past not being able to innovate and adopt.
- Our business model has became a "dinosaurs", cloud is hitting hard, and our scatological management is not able to adopt to a new model.

An antipode of a good specialist.
Usually Effective Manager is high placed guy in business who knows EBITDA, ROMI, BPMN 2.0, OLAP and many other scary words. But in general the only thing this guy want - to get salary by simulating "growing effectiveness of the business" as long as possible.
Effective manager usually miss company's values.

1. Hey. Month ago we got a new effective manager. Now we lost 45% of employees, 20% of our audience and got a lot of negative reputation in social media.
2. Effective manager: "Our goal is effective working on tasks and constant increase of effectiveness".
