Win beggar represent an attempt to try to come back of somebody corrected opinion but miserably failed to do so. The person tried to redeem himself by representing a feedback to the person to ensure a win on their behalf or at least some sort of rightness.

This could differ when you are defeated at an opinion or somebody roasted you on something and you tried to come back.

Michael :"I told you! I have proof here, see? What's your point here?"

Adison :"But still, I know he tried to! He just rethought about it."

Michael :"You're just a win beggar, you know that?"
