Joe is a broke ass man who cheats on women and flirts with men for beer, sex, and cigarettes. He is in his mid-30's but still live in his parents' basement. He is a true scrub and a scum. He has no job and drives around in his parents' sedan. He spends what little money he has on hookers, cigarettes, and alcohol. Joe has a big reputation for being a moocher and will do everything he can to avoid paying for things.
