Another way to say “head over” or “go over”. Usually used to describe a nonchalant or casual movement.

Ex. Yo Baddie, you wanna goof over to McDon’s?

Richard walked over to the bench where Micheal and Suzie were sat, Richard said "Dish over a bit" and Micheal and Suzie moved apart so that Richard could sit between them
