six fingered windowlicker

resident of small town originating from same place particularly for example wellingborough in northants UK. similar to chav in usage but more implication that their parents took a dip in the shallow end of the gene pool - they were possibly first cousins.

I saw loads of six fingered windowlickers out last saturday in Welly - think they caught the special bus from the Hemmingwell.
