The toe bite is when somebody is fake or backstabs you. Many toe biters live without regret or remorse like. A prime example of a toe biter is klefo.

Victim: Aye klefo wanna join me for dinner.
Klefo: Yea I’ll see you in 20.
Victim: Damn klefo did not show up, he did a big Toe Bite.
