As opposed to friends who actually use facebook as a social utility, sports-bookers are those facebook friends of yours that treat their profile like it's their own personal sports blog.
I've stopped watching ESPN in lieu of the fact that the Sports-Bookers always keep me updated from my computer.

A term that a kid came up with to rename the term of "manual shift" or "Slapstick" because he forgot what the S really stands for on a shifter, when I'm reality the car must be built default sport to be a sports car.
Kid: Oh crap, I forgot what the S means on my shifter, I'll call it sport mode because it makes me feel like I'm going faster.

A sports fan who roots for two teams in the same sport and has no real alliance to each of those teams.
Laurie cheered for the New York Yankees and the Los Angeles Dodgers during the 2013 major league baseball season. Being the sports bigamist she is, she hoped that both teams would make it to the world series so she'd win no matter the result.

The art of going to fancy restaurants with outdoor patio areas, and competitively choosing the best seat for yourself and a group of others, taking into account aspects such as direction of the sun, best view, exact wind direction, and distance from servers to get fastest service.
The sport becomes competitive as the participant competes to stay drinking fine wine the longest, and people 40 years or older who compete have been known to engage in combat to secure a table.

Jacqui is out doing some patio sports downtown. Hopefully this time there won’t be as many casualties from her fighting for the perfect table.

an alternative (mostly European) name for the musical genre commonly known as Nu Metal, referring to the performers' affinity for athletic wear (hats, jerseys, etc.) and the music's prominence in sports video games and broadcasts.
(European accent) I'm getting really into sports metal. I just discovered this band called Limp Bizkit, have you heard of them?
