A sports fan who yells, makes noisy, load absurd gestures during a pivotal moment or when their team scores. Usually flailing arms, some jumping around, and talking to themselves or to the TV is involved.

This guy has Sports Tourette's. Every time KC scores, he gets load and obnoxious.
