This word is similar to ridiculous. Ridiculous is used in more formal discourse whereas ridonkulous is used as over emphasis for something truly absurd. A shortened usage of the word may be preferred: ridonk.

Beyond ridiculous, often in an amazing way. Most famously used in an episode of “Friends” where a very fit woman’s body was referred to as redonculous.

That chocolate dessert was absolutely redonculous.
