Mechanic

1: A Democratic Party politician who thinks that the path to power within the party comes from 'playing the game' with the powers that be; of giving and securing favors, and building a network based on mutual self-interest within the ranks. Mechanics are experts at working the system which they are a part of and believe in. To a mechanic, voters are only ciphers who must be made, somehow, to support the party and the party's candidates.

Mechanics love and want power for power's sake. For them words are a means of manipulation, not communication.

"Before Barak Obama showed up, Hilary Clinton, the quintessential Mechanic, thought she had the nomination sewn up. She had cashed in all her markers, collected on all favors owed her, bribed with promises of power all influential people in the party, and thought she had greased the skids all the way to the White House. Unfortunately for her, a good Savior beats a good Mechanic every time, no matter how well the Mechanic has wired the system."

McSchool

Slang term used in the TESL world to describe a school that hires anyone, never gives you you're paycheck, refuses to give you the benefits stated in your contract, fires you a week before your contract ends to get out of paying your bonus, and fires you as well as revokes your working VISA the minute you complain. McSchools are the jobs you usually have to take to get your foot in the door and to add experience to your resume. Most of the people who take 'gap years' to teach English overseas tend to work at McSchools as they are the only places that will hire them.

Sarah had to do a midnight run and left nearly all of her posessions after her employers revoked her VISA all because she complained to the McSchool that hired her about her missing paychecks.

A mechanic that spews useless and unintelligable information. Usually highly technical in nature and completely irrelevant to the present conversation.

*Most often spewed information comes from "Popular Mechanic" magazine.

Jerry is such a poopular mechanic he was boring me with quantum physics all night, and I don't think he even knew what he was explaining.

Someone who loves giving rim jobs to people; it's their favorite sexual act to perform. You know, because mechanics are well known for fixing up your car rims when you get into fender benders.

Garrett: "Dude, did you hear about what Tyler was doing to all those people at the party last night!"
Kyle: "No. Was he drunk fuckin' them?"
