A now disbanded indie-rock band from Sweden that is pretty much unknown to anyone outside of Scandinavia. Well known for being "Sweden's biggest rock band", the band has released twelve full-length albums that, with the exception of the first one, all became a massive succes in Scandinavia. kent is always spelled with a lower case k, due to the band going for a "less is more" kind of approach to their music and publicity. The music itself is known for being melancolic and harmonious, and the texts for being super dark and poetic. kent has a reputation for always delivering in quality, with most people agreeing that all of their music consistantly great across all albums. This is especially remarkable considering the fact that they have changed their sound multiple times, but they somehow managed to get away with it.

Someone who is obsessed with kentucky and it's culture, for example they are addicted to the soft drink Ale-8-One (also known as Ale8), they eat tons of KFC, the only brand of printer they will buy Is a Lexmark, they also Frequently drink Bourbons like Jim Beam, Woodford Reserve, and Wild Turkey. Unlike otakus who embrace Japanese art and traditions, Kentakus have an obsession for Appalachian folk art, Bluegrass music, Coal mining, and sometimes Heroin, although this isn't always associated with being a kentaku. They also have a extreme and undying love and obsession with President, Abraham Lincoln and Colonel Sanders
