Cranking

The act of having a crap and a wank at the same time, not impossible for females but normally practiced by males who use the pressure of the crap on their G-Spot to aid their stimulation. Most easily achieved sitting backwards on the toilet, but almost impossible to achieve after a weekend on the Guinness, due to the horrendous smell ruining the boner.
