A boy who is really cute and polite... But can also be mistaken for a player. He's not though. A fatass individual who has terminal Type 3 (BIG) gay. A kid who is immature, emotionally unpredictable, sexually Inadequate, and an overall self-centered asshole. Cliff is a guy that has a huge ego and anyone that tries to compete with him will get thrown off a cliff hence the name. A description of that is shown in the picture below.

Kind of a misnomer. Refers to someone so incredibly hot/beautiful that they could convince you of doing something crazy, like jumping off a cliff.
