the condition of becoming so giddy, goofy, and happy that they become incapable of doing anything but smile for an extended period of time that makes it painful and irritating but at the same time you realize that everything is so hilarious it also makes your laughter hilarious. there is no cure. its a sure sign of joke overkill.
