Pushing out an unfiltered bare ass fart directly into someone's face, instead of their pillow, with the idea of giving them pinkeye.

When you are naked in bed with your partner and purposely push out a fart, then lift the blanket and drop it to blow the fart into their face.

"You better not blow that pinkeye fart in my face!"

"Did you just bare ass fart on me!"
