Thugged Out

Highly intoxicated. When one gets "thugged out" their night usually results in, fighting (with friends and/or strangers), public urination and/or vomiting, issuance of citations by law enforcement, intense emotional abuse of women (known and unknown to said "thugged out" offender), the solicitation of controlled substances, as well as an array of criminal undertakings involving vehicles.

The material is of such a superior, raw, energetic level that you see the pure talent of the rapper manifest itself if only for 16 bars. The rapper is thought to have reached a subconscious level, a state of mind that allows pure lyricism to flow freely unencumbered by mere mortal thoughts and wishes.
