Used to describe a person that is not willing to pay money for services and would rather save money and do it themselves. A person not willing to pay a premium for goods and is always looking for the least expensive option.

Tag up on that!

An expression used to claim ownership of something that is not and (potentially) never will be, yours, but is highly desirable. Examples may include a Ferrari, a super hot female, a mansion. Once something is "tagged up on", it cannot be tagged by a buddy, it is yours, forever...in fantasy land.
Dave: "Woah, check out the chick in the black bikini!"
Bob: "Yup, wow! Tag Up On That!"
Dave: "Aw, man! I was gonna ask her for her number too! Well, I guess she's yours now."

1. (verb) to get pumped-up, wise-up, sober-up, fired-up especially relative to computer activity. To become serious and busy with computer work, working online, cyberspace. To go from a sedentary mundane boring listless mindless cyber existence to CYBER-UP; becoming alert, attentive, psyched-up, sober, and actively interested.
