Noun. Used for dirty, slimy, nasty things. Much like schmutz, it is meant to be a descriptor for something gross on something else that is normally not gross.

Ew, the dishwasher must be broken, there's still gruckus on these plates.

Gratchling

A person that is so unrectifyably horrible, one could be compared to a festering, puckered anus. These people are so pungent with the smell of poop, diarrhingus, and semen, that they should be added to several watchlists. They are so emotionally damaging to their piers that they might as well be expunged from the gene pool altogether. We all know a gratchling.
