Rankafied is used when you have a clean perfect soft pair of socks or some thing and you shit on it or spill something on them that smells rank and then it becomes rankafied.

Tommo: Oi ben look at these new socks i got they are so clean and perfect.
Ben: poooooooooooofffff!!!!!!
Tommo: fuck you man why did you fart on my socks that just became rankafied.

Using one's business/social rank as a vehicle for aggressive uninvited seduction. Replete with rewards and penalties for compliance or non-compliance. An extreme example would be: “Doing the maid.” Exploiting people sexually thru seniority.

Ranky Panky is also a form of sexual exploitation -or- using sex as a tool to advance oneself in an organization.
