Specifically; an Urban Dictionary Editor. This retarded team of volunteers abuse their status and take no pride in volunteering their time.

Rather than approve words that are original and interesting, these Urbitards will accept submissions for FUPID phrases that diss religious beliefs and the like.

(girl) "I submitted a couple of fabulous words for that Urban Dictionary website! I haven't actually SEEN them yet, though..."
(boy) "If they don't add YOUR words to the site they MUST be URBITARDS!"
