TAHIYAH’S ARE ONE OF A KIND. they know exactly the right words to say at the right time and they’re always there for you even when they need someone to be there for them. they can be stubborn, but that’s what makes them TAHIYAH. tahiyah is the epitome of a gemini, she has an addictive personality that you naturally gravitate towards, yet she’s misunderstood. tahiyah will always listen to whatever you have to say, will always listen to your favourite songs to get to know you better and will always go out of her way for you. tahiyah has little quirks about her that are the most endearing things ever like when she gets really passionate about her interests, when she receives free samples and she can’t wait to unbox/box them with you or when she gets really into a show and she wants to tell you all about it. tahiyah’s are really hard to come by and they should never be taken for granted. tahiyah’s deserve the world.

tahdig

Tahdig is the crispy, golden crust that is formed at the bottom of every rice or pasta pot. It is a very well-known and delicious Persian food.
Tahdig is either made of layers of potato, bread, rice or pasta, that is properly fried in a very thin layer of hot oil at the bottom of cooking pot. Basically in the Persian cooking recipes, we have at least four types of classical tahdigs, namely:
-pasta tahdig
-potato tahdig
-rice tahdig
-bread tahdig
In the Persian (Iranian) food culture, pasta tahdig and potato tahdig are very favorable, even much more than the main course!
