Literally it means that someone possessed inherent talent but it was wasted because they did not want to or were not able to use that talent to its fullest potential.

Glass Table Girl

A girl who is down to snort Coke or other drugs off a glass table, usually in excess and can out do most people at the party but holds her own. A glass table girl is sad or lonely, but on the outside you'd never be able to tell. Glass table girls are enchanting to men. Attracted to guys who have an interesting life story similar to their own and are out to make it big.
I can't get a read on this girl, she's kind of intimidating but I can't keep away from her, and she is down to do one drugs. She's my glass table girl.

opt. 'mobile zombie' people with a device in hands, frozen in space, as if going somewhere, their need to respond to a new e-mail or check updates caught them by surprise.

These people can walk slowly with their tablet or mobile in hands, reminding zombies. Sometimes they hide in far cafe corners and become similar to a self-absorbed plankton, swaying on the waves.

By ignoring surroundings tablet zombies can create dangerous situations in public spaces such as subway or street. Some users say that they can do the familiar path having no problems, without looking at the road. However, this leads to many risks...
