super senior

Someone who didn’t graduate his/her senior year and had to repeat it (sometimes several times).

Might also be used to describe someone who is an above 18 senior for other reasons. i.e. failing previous grades, starting kindergarten late, etc.

Did you hear that Marissa is going out with that senior, Trey?

Dude he’s 20. He’s a SUPER senior.
